Lillian Watts-Ray, Human Resources Senior Partner

Lillian heads all tactical HR implementation as well as assisting where necessary in any number of organization culture and leadership development efforts. Lillian has an uncanny ability for relating immediately and effectively with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences, this stemming partly from the fact that her father was a principle figure in the civil rights movement of the 1960’s and that her family background includes success in college and professional football, and national politics. Having come from humble beginnings and having experienced or been around such accomplishments, Lillian is eloquent and self effacing, a rare combination.

Lillian Watts-Ray, SPHR, has over 20 years of experience dealing with a full range of Human Resource issues including staffing, employee relations, training and development, conflict management, cultural diversity training and management and executive coaching. She has received numerous awards for her diversity leadership and helping management and non-management employees gain a better understanding of diversity issues and how to more effectively manage them. Lillian co-wrote and co-produced a diversity video and discussion guide purchased by more than 50 businesses and organizations across the U.S. Finally, Lillian has been a featured guest speaker on Diversity Management for Edison Electric Institute (EEI), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and other companies and organizations.
