In 2000, Dr. Tory Herring succeeded Dr. James Tanner to become CEO. Tory expanded Leadership Partners’ team of experts in leading organization culture change, the company’s core focus. Our firm has honed results-driven approaches to organization and individual development. To this group, he has added leaders in individual and team profiling, strategic planning, performance management and succession planning.
